Winemaking process : Manual harvest. Cold maceration. Daily punching of the cap. 15 to 21-day vatting. 12-month ageing in casks of 228 liters and 600 liters.
Tasting : Deep red colour. Ripe nose of red fruit, spicy, full fleshy mouth, nice concentration with well-rounded tannins.
Serving temperature : 18°C.
Food pairing : Red meat, grilled meat, casserole, poultry.
Ageing potential : 6 - 10 years
