Terroir : In the south of the Saint-Joseph appellation. Selection of a plot named Lautaret. It’s a granitic crest which overhangs the Rhône valley.

Vine age : 25 years.

Winemaking process : Manual harvest. Cold maceration. Daily punching of the cap. 21 to 28-day vatting. 12-month barrel ageing, 20%  new oak.

Tasting : Deep red colour. Ripe nose of matured fruits. Concentrated mouth with elegant and tight tannins. Long finish.

Serving temperature : 18°C.

Food pairing : Red meat, casserole, grilled meat, game.

Ageing potential : 8 - 10 years
