Terroir : Plot selection from vines producing soft refined wines with elegant tannins. Granite soils.

Winemaking process : Manual harvest. Cold maceration. Daily punching of the cap. 15 to 21-day vatting. 12 month barrel ageing, 20% new oak.

Tasting : Deep red colour. Concentrated nose of stone fruits and spices. The mouth is full with soft but tight tannins. The wine is very generous and long-lasting with a fresh finish.

Serving temperature : 18°C.

Food pairing : Red meat, casserole, grilled meat, cheese.

Ageing potential : 6 - 10 years
