Vine age : 20 - 30 years

Winemaking process : Manual harvest. Cold maceration. Daily punching of the cap. 15 to 21 to 28-day vatting. 12 month barrel ageing, 20% new oak.

Tasting : Highly concentrated nose of black fruits and spices. Very powerful mouth with really tight tannins. Very strong and generous but also great delicacy.

Serving temperature : 18°C.

Food pairing : Red meat, casserole, grilled meat, game, cheese.

Ageing potential : 10 - 15 years
