Winemaking process : Manual harvest. Cold maceration before fermentation and hot maceration for 28 days (28°C). 12-month barrel ageing, 30% new oak

Tasting : Highly concentrated nose of black fruits and spices. Very powerful and complex mouth with really tight but soft tannins. Very mineral.

Food pairing : Red meat, casserole, cheese.

Ageing potential : 10 - 15 years
