Winemaking process : Stainless steel vats, 20% new barrels.

Tasting : Light gold colour. Floral bouquet developing a spicy character with a dominant fruits flavor (apricot and exotic fruits). The attack is fresh and fleshy. Full and silky on the palate. Long spicy and fruity finish.

Serving temperature : 10°C to 12°C.

Food pairing : Aperitif, foie gras, salad of paned ravioles, goat’s cheese.

Ageing potential : 2-3 years.
