Terroir : Soils composed of Rolled pebbles, clay and limestone.

Vine age : 35 years.

Yield : 44 hl/ha.

Winemaking process : Longue maceration from 48h to 72h. Pressing followed by low temperature fermentations from 10 to 15 days

Tasting : An intense shiny rosé with cherries and wild strawberries flavours.

Serving temperature : 12°C - 14°C

Food pairing : Aperitif, cooked meats,  spicy food, provencal dish, white meat, goat's cheese.

Ageing potential : 1 - 3 years.
