Winemaking process : Ageing in concrete vats; no ageing in wood in order to maintain the fruit.

Tasting : Red fruits appear immediately in the nose thanks to the exceptional ripeness and the very small yield. Well balanced wine with persistent length.

Serving temperature : 16° - 18°C.

Food pairing : Mediterranean food, grilled lamb with garlic and rosemary and other grilled red meat, cheese.

Ageing potential : 10 years.
