Tasting : Ruby red colour. Cherry and small red fruit appear immediately in the nose and in mouth. A very good balance between tannins, acidity and alcohol.
Serving temperature : 16° - 18°C.
Food pairing : Turkey prepared with thyme and rosemary or other grilled white meat, medium flavoured cheese.
Ageing potential : 5 - 7 years.
